 So what's actually inside the Plant Based Playbook?

There are 4 main modules. 3 of them are video lessons with downloadable materials and one of them includes your 21 day meal planning templates, along with the 50+ recipe guide you can use to fill out your meal plan.  Are all the recipes whole food plant-based (no oil/refined sugar)?

Yes! Every single recipe in The Plant Based Playbook is whole food plant-based (no oil/refined sugar). While I do occasionally consume a small amount of oil in desserts on special occasions, I eat 90-95% whole food plant-based, and I've made sure all of these recipes are WFPB!

 Do I need any fancy ingredients for this to work?

The answer is no. You don't need anything crazy for this system to work. With that said, plant-based eating and cooking is very different from what you're probably used to if you've never eaten plant-based before. All the ingredients can be easily found in the typical grocery store or ordered online. Plus, there are always substitutes where applicable!

 Will the food be bland and boring?

Absolutely not! In fact, it is the quite the opposite. I'm a bit of a flavor snob myself and a perfectionist when it comes to flavor balancing. I can assure you that I've spent hours making sure every recipe will be full of flavor and keep you interested!

 I'm not 100% plant-based or vegan yet, will this work for me?
